ENABLING THE DIFFERENTLY ABLED
SnehaBhavan was started on November 21 in 1996 in a rented building with just four children under the patronage of H.H Mar Thoma Mathews II, Catholicos of the East, and under the able leadership of Rev.
Fr. A.J Samuel of Bethlehem AshramChengamanadu. It has grown into a full-fledged institution spread over two acres with more than fortychildren with mental retardation. There is hostel facility for the children. At present there are eleven teaching staff and six non-teaching staff for giving care and training for the children.
Snehabhavan has been registered as a Charitable society with Regn. Q. No. 1167/98. The institution requires new building's and other facilities to accomodate more children. The society expects generous help and co-operation of the well-wishers for its further expansion.
